We want you to love KIP. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, simply contact our support team at support@kip.com with your order number. We will provide you with a prepaid return label. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Devices that show signs of intentional damage or misuse may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your KIP app and AI subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel during your 30-day free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial period, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are given for unused days in a billing cycle.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your KIP device arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will ship a replacement immediately at no additional cost. You do not need to return the defective unit first.
